On May 10th POLIMI organized a collaborative workshop with JRC (European Joint Research Center) Ispra during which both organizations presented current research projects and initiatives of mutual interest.
easyRights was presented in this workshop as a leading research project under the larger research area of Public Sector Innovation that Politecnico di Milano is focusing on. The project has been presented as a meaningful example of the combination of technological and organizational innovation and a joint effort of the Department of Urban Studies and the Department of Design.
During the workshop the application of AI based solutions have been discussed as a way to trigger mechanisms of organizational change in public organization towards a more human centered culture for service design where the perspective of the end users, the migrants, is constantly included in the development of the technological solutions.
